Sedalia, Virginia · Regenerative farm

Regenerative eggs. Heritage produce.
One small farm.

Pasture-raised eggs, herbs & herbal goods, and seasonal produce — grown at the foot of the Blue Ridge in Sedalia, Virginia.

What we grow

Three things. One small farm.

N° 01

Pasture-raised eggs

Red Sex Link flocks on mobile coops, rotated paddock to paddock with the season. By the dozen or by the flat.

N° 02

Herbs & herbal goods

Calendula, tulsi, mountain mint, yarrow — fresh, dried, and as tinctures, teas, and salves from the apothecary.

N° 03

Seasonal produce & flowers

Heirloom vegetables, cut flowers, and fruit from the North Orchard — direct-seeded, block-rotated, picked the morning of pickup.

The land

A few acres at the foot of the ridge.

The farm sits in Sedalia, Virginia — Big Island country, where the Blue Ridge starts to soften into pasture. Paddocks rotate by the season, not the calendar. The garden block is direct-seeded and the orchard climbs the north slope.

Our story

Built by hand, with everything we had.

Mark grew up in farm work — a decade at Mountain Run before we moved to Big Island. Allison came to the farm through movement, dance, and an eye that the rest of us don’t have. The farm came in through wanting our kids to know where their food was from and how it got there.
